Abstract

Upper Permian and Mesozoic sediments outcrop extensively in central East Greenland between latitudes 70°20'N and 77°N. In addition there is a limited outcrop of sediments of Late Cretaceous age beneath the Tertiary basalts further south at Kangerdlugssuaq (68°10'-68°50'N).
