Abstract
The pilot area is located in Niedersachsen (Lower Saxony) between the cities of Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven (Fig. 5.5.1). The nearby estuaries of the rivers Elve and Weser and the influence of the North Sea add to the attraction of the pilot area for hydrogeophysical studies.
