Environmental analytical chemist with a focus on organic micropollutants in the (aquatic) environment. Studies related with the sources of organic micropollutants, in particularly the release of biocides from building material, occurrence and distribution as well as fate in the environment, in particular determination of transformation products. Current projects on transport and fate of pesticides and biocides in soil and groundwater.
