Presentation

My scientific work in Greenland concerns earthquake locations and causes of both tectonic and non-tectonic (glacial earthquakes and landslides) and research into the large scale structure of the subsurface (RF etc and active source seismology). The backbone for this work is monitoring for seismological events and the operation of the seismological network of c. 25 stations. Also in Denmark monitoring of earthquakes – tectonic and non-tectonic (mainly explosions) is part of my work. I also take part in monitoring of activities around for example gas storage for micro earthquakes.
