Experienced project leader for large national and international research and development projects with interdisciplinary teams. Focus on utilising research results and develop new methods and approaches to solve societal challenges. Strong competences in all aspects related to hydrological modelling and assessments and working in the intersection of science and policy with involvement of stakeholder groups. Extensive skills in disseminating and communicating results to peers and layman as well as supervising and teaching.
